Sharon has brought a remarkable level of clarity into my life. I operate at a high pace and rarely slow down, but she has gently and firmly encouraged me to pause and reflect.

I left the session feeling noticeably lighter, clearer in my thinking, and more confident in taking the action I needed to take. It was a powerful reminder of the value of supervision in supporting both growth and good practice.

Sharon has been a wonderful colleague, friend, and mentor to many of us at Grohe and LIXIL for nearly a decade. She served the company in a variety of senior positions in Finance, HR, Change Communications and as Head of Process & Organisation in the Corporate Risk & Audit (CRA) function.  

Her leadership in helping CRA make our first steps in the transformation of our culture has been truly amazing.  It has paved the way for more open communication and collaboration across teams and has helped us to align to the overall strategic objectives of the group. Our members will benefit from her contributions for many years to come.

Sharon is highly capable and has been a strong partner to the Regional CEO in driving our growth in Asia both as the regional head of finance and subsequently as a head of HR in developing our Asian leaders. She works with a clear set of values and more importantly she walks the talk with grit, holding her ground in the face of challenges

Sharon has strong capability to set objectives and then break them into measurable tasks for the teams to execute for results. She is receptive to feedback and was able to put a lot of initiatives in motion and getting them implemented in timely manner. This brought about savings in the organisation when we needed to invest in growth momentum in Asia.

When she moved from CFO to CHRO role for Asia, we could clearly see her performance with a purpose in the way she connected with different functions, countries, languages and culture engaging them in common values of respect, trust and passion.  She believed in diversity of competencies and culture and has created an organisation ready for constant changes by being flexible and nimble. 

It is rare to find a person with strong numerical ability and empathy at the same time and I can say she is one of those and it has been a privilege to have worked with her and learnt so much.
