We are constantly faced with changes which can disorientate and disempower us. Yet change is our pathway to breakthrough. When we stay grounded and centred in the eye of the storm, changes done well can enable us to reach new heights. 

 
Just like the wind can propel the sail forward powerfully to reach the destination, our commitment is to help people access this power to change and harness its energy effectively.  

It is a word constructed from "Be" + "sonder", which means to BE in the state of wonder of people's stories inscribed in their lives, pains, happiness, routines, regrets and that we would stand amazed when we pay attention to truly listen to them. 

Also, to BE present to our own stories.  The story we tell ourselves, the story we believe, defines our world view and the way we live our lives, the way we work and therefore the way we lead change. 

Our Chinese name is 森杕. 杕 means a lone standing tree amidst 森 which means forest and a collective of trees. We are a collective of diverse individuals linked at our hearts to want to make a difference by helping people access their power to change. 

To create breakthroughs, we work with individuals, teams and organisations in Asia, whether you are a small or large enterprise.   

We work with you to understand the situation through your lens because you know your own business best and we have been on your side before. Building upon your strengths and our diverse experience in Finance, IT & HR, we provide triggers to invoke fresh insights.
