Build inclusive leaders to inspire & lead change

Every strategy involves change.  As leaders, you are the most important instrument of change, you can make or break the strategic plan. Yet we don’t have the luxury to pause to sharpen ourselves. When we do, we find a renewed sense of clarity and vitality to leap further.  We create ‘pit stops’ for leaders to reflect and reboot through one-on-one coaching or peer coaching. We show leaders their individual roadmaps to unravel their own traps and to use their strengths in service of the team and the organisation. 


Also, highly competent individuals do not necessarily know how to work with people who are not like them. Often we work like everyone else thinks and behaves like us and unconsciously exclude those who are different from us. Understanding diverse personalities and styles can help the team truly excel. Like-mindedness can bring forth harmony and efficiency, yet it is the ability to harness diversity that bring forth innovation. To be inclusive is crucial for you as an organisation to redefine competition. 


Diversity need not end in conflicts but can blossom into creativity. We cultivate organisation development competences in leaders to turn breakdowns into breakthroughs. Using relevant tools and methods, we facilitate interactions and dialogues to create a-ha that will allow individuals to cherish differences.

  • Engendering Balance in Leadership - a unique, dynamic process for discovering and maintaining balance in leadership and building strong relationships through dialogues to address core challenges.  Through the use of the Qualities of Practice Cards® and REAL Leadership digital learning, you can strengthen personal leadership as well as to build resourceful and diverse teams.  We support you to understand collective patterns in big systems, build and sustain cultures of diversity and inclusivity critical in our VUCA world.  


  • Core Strengths - a system that helps to discover the leaders' strengths, conflict patterns, their core motivations in relation to people, process, performance and perspectives.  This is instrumental in building interpersonal or relationship intelligence.  


  • Enneagram - an ancient personality system which looks at who we are, how and why we think, feel and act the way we do.  You will have greater insight and acceptance of others and yourself and authentic appreciation of diversity.
